Whether you’re brand-new to the sport, looking to try something exciting and fast-paced, or simply curious about what lacrosse is all about, our FREE Learn to Play Clinics are the perfect place to start. These sessions are open to all ages and all experience levels, so bring your friends, family, or anyone who wants to give lacrosse a try!

Our coaches will guide participants through the basics—passing, catching, shooting, footwork, and essential game concepts—in a fun, supportive environment. No equipment or prior experience is required; just show up ready to learn and have a great time.
