Whether you’re brand-new to the sport, looking to try something exciting and fast-paced, or simply curious about what lacrosse is all about, our FREE Learn to Play Clinic is the perfect place to start. This session is open to all ages and all experience levels, so bring your friends, family, or anyone who wants to give lacrosse a try!
Our coaches will guide participants through the basics—passing, catching, shooting, footwork, and essential game concepts—in a fun, supportive environment. No equipment or prior experience is required; just show up ready to learn and have a great time.
These clinics are a fantastic opportunity to experience one of the fastest-growing sports in the country at absolutely no cost. Come out, make new friends, and discover why so many athletes fall in love with lacrosse.
Please bring your own stick if you have one or borrow one from a friend. We will have limited quantities to loan out. We can’t wait to see you on the field!

Looking to sharpen your game? We're offering an exclusive Skill Development Session for athletes who want addition instruction in a focues, small-group environment.
Details:
- Cost: $50 per session.
- Format: Small-group and individualized instruction.
- Focus: Position-specific training designed to improve technique, fundamentals and game performance.
- Who It's For: Athletes looking for extra reps, personalized coaching and targeted feedback.

Fall 7s Lacrosse
Fast-paced. Fun. Competitive. Development-focused.
Join us this fall for our 7s Lacrosse, where players get more touches, more opportunities to develop, and more game experience in a fast-paced format. Whether you’re new to the game or a seasoned player, our league is designed to help athletes build confidence, improve their skills, and have fun every Sunday!
League Details:
Season:Â 6 Weeks
Game Dates:
- September 13
- September 20
- September 27
- October 4 – Boomerang Tournament
- October 11
- October 18
Games: 1–2 games each Sunday
Game Format:
We play using the Boomerang 7v7 format on a 75-yard field:
- 2 Attack
- 2 Midfield
- 2 Defense
- 1 Goalie
The smaller-sided game creates more possessions, faster decision-making, and increased player involvement—making it one of the best ways to develop lacrosse IQ and skills.
Age Divisions:
Open to all skill levels:
- K–2nd Grade
- 3rd–4th Grade
- 5th–6th Grade
- 7th–8th Grade
Registration:
- $100 – Players who already have a Mayhem jersey
- $125 – Includes a new league jersey
Jersey Deadline: Register by August 15 to reserve your preferred jersey number. Registrations received after August 15 will be assigned an available jersey number based on inventory.
